How do I start investing in cryptocurrency? If this is the topic you are interested in, you have come to the right place.
This is the first of a series of articles on “How to Start Investing in Cryptocurrency?”
In this article, we will look at three Youtubers that I recommend you follow to start your journey on cryptocurrency investing. This is not a sponsored recommendation and I have no affiliation to any of these youtubers.
The three channels that I will talk about has been highly influential in my crypto investing journey. And I wanted to share this journey with you.
Lark Davis – “Everyday Cryptocurrency Investing”
The first Youtuber that I follow and recommend you follow is by “Lark Davis”. Lark is funny, reliable, enthusiastic, energetic and not to mention optimistic. The energy that he brings onto his daily videos is infectious.
Why do I like his channel? His videos are matter of fact and very investment oriented. It’s intuitive and provides a pulse of the market in a quick 20-minute summary on average.
I personally hate videos which uses click baits to get people to click on them. Quite a few youtubers use this to gain subscription and views. In Lark’s case, that’s not the case. You will more often than not see a connection between the title and the message he wants to convey.
Lark’s videos are investment related and connects to average people like you and me, sort of middle-class with an aspiration to make it big.
The content is generally focussed on what’s happening around the crypto space, the key trends that you should be mindful of and how you can leverage this once in a lifetime opportunity into meaningful investing plans.
Lark does hate JP Morgan, I don’t know why. But if you can ignore the noise and listen with a balanced head, there is lot to gain from these 20-minute discussions with him.
You can also follow Lark on his official twitter channel at TheCryptoLark. And look out for those tweets which have multiple threads organized in a sequence. You can get a gist of his thoughts and ideas from it.
For you all, I will provide with a link in the description below on the some of the recent gems from his channel. My two favourite ones are the one on “how to invest $1000”. Here he speaks about if he would distribute his portfolio if he was a complete newbie with just $1000 to invest. The second is one of the best investment strategy videos in a nutshell I have seen in quiet some time. This is a must watch.

AltCoin Daily – “Nuggets of Daily Crypto News”
The 2nd youtuber I recommend is AltCoin Daily. The name “AltCoin Daily” is a misnomer as in this channel, Aaron and Austin Arnold talk about not just altcoins but the entire cryptocurrency market including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
If you want a news channel which summarizes the key happenings from around the world in a nutshell, this is the only channel you will need.
Altcoin daily is concise and sweet – all of 10 minutes snippets on average. For those tight on budget, this is a must view channel.
In most videos, you wouldn’t see the protagonist which, is a nice way is to keep the focus on content. Quiet often Altcoin daily also brings in snippets of video content from key influencers in the industry focusing on the key theme around Cryptocurrency and its trends like this video on Social Tokens. This is a nice blend of current happenings in form of news within a macro view of the dominating force crypto industry is fast becoming.
While focussing on current news, Altcoin daily also brings in interesting industry possibilities like the video on DTravel where Social Token DTravel could disrupt the Real Estate industry. These news snippets can help with making investing decisions provided you do your own research.
Alright, this is definitely something to keep on your radar because like always Altcoin daily brings news and views from the crypto industry.

CoinBureau – Quality Content with News, Reviews and Deep Analysis
If you are looking for a channel which provides in-depth analysis, news, reviews, coin overviews and market moves, this is the go-to channel for the same. The quality of content provided in Guy’s Coinbureau channel is top class.
The videos are professional, high quality and Guy brings in a unique personality into the mix. Always looking towards one-side of the tele, he brings his character to his own. If you are in London in July 2021, you can also him in the train tube ads.
With top quality content, Coinbureau’s articulation and presentation is top notch and different each time. This keeps it very interesting while the content leaves no question asked such as the video on Stock to Flow Model
Each of the videos are backed by deep research and can be relied on for your research too. An example of this are the research videos on Shiba Inu, Mina protocol and Fantom
All of CoinBureau videos are educational, research oriented and highly thought through. Some quality educational videos you can’t miss are Proof of Work Vs Proof of Stake Guide, Crypto Sentiment Analysis, Token Seed Vs Private Sales.
In fact, I can go on and on about this channel as this channel really boasts lots of quality content in its portfolio. These are generally 20 to 25 minutes long but really power packed. This is a channel for those investors having a macro view. You should definitely do three things – hit that like button, smash that subscribe button and give that notification bell a ring for good measure.
